• Please consider this as your own house marriage, please  do come with your near and dear ones well-dressed in marriage costumes.

• You are welcome to bring Holy Offerings in the form of Food to be offered to the Lord. The food stuff you are bringing should be 'home made' only and please avoid outside made food.  Those who can bring Vadas for Vada Mala for Lord Anjaneya also welcome.  We plan to garland the Remover of obstacles with 1001 Vada Mala, which will be distributed later among the devotees.

Description

Car Parking

Yes

You can park near the Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity (ADWEA) across the road.  There are ample car parking space available. Please ensure  that  the  car  is not double-parked to avoid nuisance and fine by the police.
 

Children Play Area

Yes

There are lot of spaces available outside the hall and inside the compound for Children to play.  You can leave your children in these play areas while you enjoy the programmes.  However, taking care of the children is the responsibility of individuals and we have not asked our Volunteers to take care of children due to tight programme schedule.  
 

Footwear placement

Yes

You can leave the footwear outside the hall and we request you to leave it in a row so that you can identify and take back your Sandals easily.  We encourage line discipline as it will avoid chaos to locate.  Please approach our Volunteers at the entrance of the hall for any assistance.
 

Electronic Gadgets

Request Action

We humbly request you to either switch off or switch on "silent" mode in your mobile while inside the hall.  Please inform your children suitably to avoid using ring-toys so that the proceedings take place smoothly.
 

Food and Beverages

Request Action

We request your cooperation in disposing off the food-plates, containers, coffee/tea cups in designated bins outside the hall.  Specific "food court" has been earmarked and please avoid taking food outside these areas.  Please refrain from brining coffee/tea cups inside the hall.  Feeding children is encouraged at the "food court".
 

Personal belongings

Individual

Kindly take care of your personal belongings.  Pradosham would not take any responsibility of Lost Items.  However, our Volunteers will be available for any help, should a situation arise.

Instructions.

Advise

1. Plenty of water and cold beverages supply is arranged.  This can consume inside the hall as well. Please approach our Volunteers for any help.

2. Please hand over the "Holy Offerings" to our Volunteers, they will ensure it reaches the correct place.

3. While leaving the venue, if possible, please leave individually and not in groups.  This will avoid congestion.

4. Toilets/Wash rooms are available at the rear side of Hall.  Not able to find, please ask our Volunteers.

5. Please remain silent and help smooth conduct of Bhajans.
